responsibilities:
- Support the development, optimization, and scale-up of next-generation photochromic dye technologies.
- Execute laboratory synthesis, chemical processing, and material characterization experiments safely and efficiently.
- Maintain rigorous scientific standards, precise data integrity, and meticulous laboratory record-keeping.
- Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation and specialized laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional R&D teams to advance process development projects.
- Adhere strictly to all corporate, environmental, and laboratory safety protocols.
qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong coursework or practical background in chemistry or laboratory sciences.
- 1 year of related experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior hands-on laboratory experience within a chemical or materials R&D environment.
