responsibilities:
- Produce and analyze fluorescent protein-based products to consistently meet customer requirements and production timelines.
- Purify and analyze fluorescent dye-labeled antibodies and biomolecules using HPLC, FPLC, and gravimetric separation techniques.
- Analyze and interpret complex scientific data using specialized technical expertise.
- Maintain professional communication across cross-functional teams to support business goals.
- Ensure all work aligns with departmental standards for safety, quality, and timely delivery.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in general chemical and biological lab techniques, including antibody handling, UV-vis spectroscopy, and pipetting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with bioconjugation chemistry.
