responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians and campaign managers in executing pilot plant campaigns and daily operations.
- Partner with chemists and analytical teams to address and troubleshoot process or equipment challenges.
- Maintain high proficiency in equipment operation, batch record entries, and required calculations.
- Actively participate in daily team huddles (9:00 AM and 2:00 PM) and PSOR meetings.
- Conduct all activities with safety as the primary goal, adhering strictly to PPE and operational procedures.
qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree.
- Hands-on experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods, and operational procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
