A Field Engineer is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies in the Danbury, CT area. This role provides technical support and problem-solving for the installation, modification, testing, and repair of company equipment at field locations while working closely with customers to ensure operational success and improved satisfaction.

- Analyze technical requirements and assess proposed changes in the field.
- Consult and negotiate with customers on equipment installation, modification, and repair.
- Provide technical support during field service activities (e.g., installation, testing, repairs).
- Assist in resolving technical and logistics-related problems at field locations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and relations.
- Support company product and equipment performance in real-world operating environments.
