Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry is looking for a Senior Architect Consultant. Key qualificaitons include, Minimum of 13 years of professional experience in Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and architectural License in the State of California. A bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited school is required.

responsibilities:
- Assesses project feasibility for diverse building types and occupancies.
- Manages architectural projects from initial concept through construction, acting as the Owner's Representative.
- Oversees design and development of construction documents, ensuring quality, constructability, and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Integrates facility design with all supporting disciplines (e.g., infrastructure, engineering, showset) to achieve overall project intent.
- Coordinates with stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and city officials, while also mentoring junior architects.
