Established Mining Operations is seeking a Lead Engineer - Process Control in Nipton, CA! You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related, and 5+ years experience within a heavy industrial setting. Serve as a primary technical lead for design, maintenance and optimization of industrial control systems involving high-level programming within PLC/SCADA. You will support troubleshooting and installation of critical hardware and full lifecycle of capital projects.

responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the PLC/SCADA environment, utilizing Rockwell Suite to ensure high performance plant operations
- Design and support the industrial network infrastructure
- Install, diagnose, and repair critical hardware including actuated valves, remote I/O panels, and process instruments to minimize downtime
- Drive capital projects from initial scoping and budgeting to final execution, serving as a technical lead or advisor while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Generate P&IDs, control specifications, instrument data sheets, and design basis procedures for new construction and system upgrades
- Identify production bottlenecks and provide technical supervision and training to operators and maintenance teams on advanced control systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
- 5+ years in heavy industrial, mining or chemical setting
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation programming platforms
