Quality Control Manager for a roadway project near Santa Fe, MN that includes roadway rehabilitation, full-depth reclamation (FDR), paving, asphalt and aggregate testing, and traffic control.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of QC experience in roadway rehabilitation, FDR, paving, asphalt and aggregate testing, and traffic control
- Federal project experience (e.g., FAA, FHWA, USACE)

responsibilities:
- Ensures the project meets technical specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements
- Developing the QC plan conducting daily site inspections, overseeing material testing (e.g., asphalt/concrete), managing documentation, and correcting non-conforming work
- Identifying, documenting, and enforcing corrective actions for work that does not meet specifications
- Preparing daily QC reports, maintaining submittal logs, and ensuring all material certifications
- Leading weekly QC meetings with subcontractors and the superintendent to ensure compliance with contract drawings and standards.
