Project Manager for a roadway project near Santa Fe, MN that includes roadway rehabilitation, full-depth reclamation (FDR), paving, asphalt and aggregate testing, and traffic control.

Required Qualifications:
- Project management experience in roadway rehabilitation/FDR, paving, and underground utilities
- Understand asphalt and aggregate testing
- Federal project experience (e.g., FAA, FHWA, USACE)

responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of highway and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Developing detailed project schedules, establishing benchmarks, and managing timelines to avoid delays
- Estimating costs, managing material procurement, tracking expenses, managing profit and loss, and preparing pay applications
- Implementing safety plans, conducting risk assessments, ensuring traffic control compliance, and adhering to environmental and regulatory requirements.
