Superintendent for a roadway project near Santa Fe, MN that includes roadway rehabilitation, full-depth reclamation (FDR), paving, asphalt and aggregate testing, and traffic control.

Required Qualifications:
- Must have at least 7+ years of Superintendent experience, preferably on federal and roadway projects
- Federal project experience (e.g., FAA, FHWA, USACE)
- SSHO experience
- EM 385 certification

responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day field operations, focusing on safety, scheduling, quality control, and budget adherence
- coordinating subcontractors and equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving on-site issues
- Developing weekly look-ahead schedules, coordinating crews, and ensuring the project stays on time
- Direct daily construction activities, including paving, Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), and traffic control planning
- Enforce site safety standards (PPE, OSHA) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local specifications
- Create and manage project schedules to maximize productivity, ensuring materials and subcontractors are on-site
