responsibilities:
- Execute 2D and 3D gas turbine rotor analyses in ANSYS, performing comprehensive post-processing for low cycle fatigue (LCF), bolted joint behavior, and defect evaluations.
- Pull models from PLM systems and perform advanced 3D CAD modeling and manipulation using Siemens NX.
- Enhance engineering efficiency by utilizing Python to automate routine analytical tasks and processes.
- Summarize analytical results, present updates in routine project meetings, and communicate effectively within a highly collaborative team environment.
