responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and maintain English source and translated technical documentation to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Leverage structured authoring tools and electronic workflows to effectively manage document updates, version control, and publishing approvals.
- Direct technical writing projects from end-to-end, managing everything from planning and resource estimation to milestone tracking and risk mitigation.
- Track document quality metrics and collaborate with management to refine operational effectiveness, processes, and authoring tools.
