responsibilities:
- Build, test, and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, circuitry, and prototypes using technical schematics and blueprints.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on manufacturing platforms and new system installations.
- Compile accurate logbooks and test procedures, perform necessary equipment rework, and generate Quality Notifications to remedy malfunctions.
- Strictly adhere to all safety and security protocols, utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing physically demanding tasks.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve atypical problems, quickly learn new engineering processes, and assist the team in developing updated operational procedures.
