responsibilities:
- Oversee deal-to-contract intake, drafting, negotiation, and administration across our client Portfolio.
- Continuously improve end-to-end contracting procedures, maintain playbooks, and ensure all requests are resolved within applicable Service Level Agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business leads to navigate complex Capital Improvement initiatives, manage financial commitments, and adapt to market shifts.
- Act as the primary bridge between business units, Legal, and Compliance to resolve legal risks, govern policies, and drive cost containment efforts.
