responsibilities:
- Direct and manage mechanical design activities for medium to large-scale projects, seamlessly handling complex collaborations across multiple entities, contractors, and internal disciplines.
- Apply in-depth expertise in specialized equipment packages-including chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, and liquid/dry cooling systems-for cutting-edge Semiconductor and Data Center projects.
- Ensure all engineering work adheres to stringent regulatory standards (ASME, API, AWWA, NFPA) while supporting technical risk assessments and project Quality Assurance procedures.
- Support mechanical estimates for budgets and job hours, and prepare or approve vital bid analyses to secure the best mechanical equipment, materials, and services.
- Conduct necessary site visits to resolve complex mechanical engineering jobsite issues, actively aligning with Construction, Startup, and Environmental Safety and Health teams.
