responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve the Quality Management System to guarantee compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Direct root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving methods like 8D and 5 Whys.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste in manufacturing and test processes by utilizing data, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Spearhead quality planning for new product introductions (APQP, PPAP) and actively manage supplier quality performance and audits.
