responsibilities:
- Perform incoming and in-process inspections on bioprocessing materials and assemblies using precise measurement tools to verify strict compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately document all inspection results and material transactions within ERP systems while maintaining complete, audit-ready records.
- Promptly identify and escalate nonconforming materials, actively supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and CAPA investigations.
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, standardize inspection methods, and drive process enhancements.
