responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, to ensure all deliverables are successfully met on time.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and creatively problem-solve any issues that arise.
- Guide and coordinate a cross-functional team of 10-15 members, including developers, business analysts, and testers, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Summarize and visualize project status into engaging executive summaries to maintain alignment with the project sponsor, department heads, and Program Manager.
