Our client is seeking a Project Control Specialist, to lead scheduling and cost functions for strategic construction projects. You will act as a subject matter expert, managing project progress, cost forecasting, and contract administration from development through close-out. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 to ensure financial and operational success.

responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain detailed project estimates and ongoing forecasts, ensuring accuracy in cash flow, contingency planning, and corporate financial modeling.
- Perform detailed reviews using Oracle Primavera P6 to monitor compliance with contractual dates and validate that field progress is accurately reflected.
- Act as the lead resource for contractual and commercial terms, negotiating change orders and ensuring oversight of the Document Management System (Unifier).
- Utilize Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) to measure project health, providing early identification of risks and recommending corrective action plans.
- Interface with corporate accounting, finance, and external vendors to ensure alignment on project accounting, quantity takeoffs, and reporting requirements.
