responsibilities:
- Draft, comprehensively review, analyze, redact, and refine complex agreements, including consent letters and novations.
- Oversee data room management, aggregate contractual data, and leverage digital solutions such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and e-discovery platforms.
- Maintain clear communication with customers to track progress, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior leadership on contractual overviews.
- Apply advanced contract expertise to high-level business functions, utilizing preferred prior Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience to support specialized agreements.
