responsibilities:
- Lead early project scoping and feasibility reviews, collaborating with engineering to identify transmission asset-condition needs.
- Advance capital projects proactively through design, permitting, environmental review, and key development milestones.
- Develop schedules and meticulously track scope, cost, and risk to maintain a steady shelf of construction-ready work.
- Coordinate all construction-readiness requirements, including material planning, site access, outages, and bid-package procurement.
