responsibilities:
- Provide field-based constructability and feasibility insights during the early development of transmission and substation capital projects.
- Validate physical site conditions, including site access and workspace requirements.
- Advise engineering and project management teams on anticipated construction constraints and potential risks.
- Support early-stage outage feasibility planning to ensure projects meet the requirements of the Shovel Ready Initiative.
