Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry is looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer. Key qualifications include, 5+ years progressive experience leading automation or BMS systems projects. Demonstrated experience in UL508A panel design/build for controls systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fiel is required.

responsibilities:
- Hands-On Field Operations & Diagnostics: Leading advanced troubleshooting, commissioning, and repairs for EMS, HVAC, BMS, and lighting control systems using specialized test equipment and tools.
- Software Configuration & Analytics (35-50%): Developing and optimizing automation software, including advanced DAS programming, graphical user interfaces (GUIs), dashboards, and trend analysis to improve resort-wide operations.
- System Design, Panels, & Documentation: Managing all technical automation documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams) and overseeing the design and construction of industrial control panels to UL508A standards.
- Technical Project Leadership: Serving as the lead collaborator across engineering, IT, and vendors to assess operational equipment, justify capital improvement projects, and guide emergency system recovery.
- Mentorship, Standards, & Compliance: Training and mentoring junior engineers and staff on best practices while ensuring strict compliance with NEC, local codes, and Disney standards.
