responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle under-hood thermal simulations and CFD analysis on complex components and sub-systems.
- Analyze CFD results, conduct technical research, and synthesize data to provide actionable engineering recommendations that resolve potential design issues.
- Work closely with chassis, cab, electrical, and testing teams to coordinate test plans, define instrumentation roadmaps, and guide solutions from the concept stage to final production.
- Perform vital validation studies comparing simulated CFD outputs with real-world experimental measurements to optimize and improve current vehicle designs.
