responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day field activities and manage the General Contractor for datacenter site preparation, encompassing earthworks, demolition, and environmental remediation.
- Act as the primary construction expert during the design phase to ensure architectural and engineering plans are executable, cost-effective, and compliant with quality standards.
- Proactively identify construction complexities, apply value engineering, and oversee impacts on cost control, schedule management, and safety programs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with design teams, land development managers, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Provide regular internal reporting on project status and KPI costs, while actively gathering and applying lessons learned to optimize future new builds.
