responsibilities:
- Manage project plans for the construction, installation, and startup of automated manufacturing equipment while adhering to strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and direct technical teams to resolve equipment issues and improve installation schedules directly on the manufacturing floor.
- Modify software programs and assist in developing integrated industrial control systems utilizing machine controls, fail-safe states, and I/O sequence logic.
- Redesign electrical components to reduce costs and solve interferences while assessing the condition of existing equipment for new installation plans.
- Procure and expedite necessary materials to support equipment modifications from initial debug through final operational turnover.
