responsibilities:
- Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments to identify transmission asset needs for Our Client.
- Advance projects through design, permitting, and environmental milestones to maintain a steady shelf of construction-ready work.
- Develop schedules and actively track scope, cost, schedule, and risk during the project-development phase.
- Support bid-package development and procurement preparation on behalf of Our Client.
- Coordinate essential construction-readiness requirements, including site access, outages, and material planning.
