responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate the rework, assembly, and testing of large prototype quantities, executing prioritized project work independently.
- Perform hands-on thermal testing and validation of consumer electronics using thermal chambers, DAQ systems, thermocouple instrumentation, and thermal imaging.
- Conduct complex measurements to debug assemblies with minimal guidance, expertly selecting test equipment such as oscilloscopes, generators, and optical debug tools.
- Drive procedures and conduct audits of validation processes to demonstrate product compliance with strict internal and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with design engineers for test plans and design reviews, recommend corrective actions for bugs, and meticulously document all verification results.
