This role will travel up to 50%. Position can be based in Philadelphia, PA or can be based remotely.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving growth strategy across the rapidly expanding data center industry.
- Leads ecosystem development, market intelligence, and execution of business development programs across OEMs, Aftermarket, End Users (Data Center Operators), EPCs, and Integrators.
- Define and drive priority business development initiatives aligned to growth targets
- Build and manage senior-level relationships across data center operators and EPC partners.
- Develop segment-specific sales tools, value propositions, and go-to-market materials
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, or segment leadership
- Experience within data centers, power & cooling, industrial automation, or reliability-driven industries
- Understanding of industrial systems, reliability concepts, and lifecycle management
- 40% travel
