Join Our Client as a Program Manager in Conover, NC a mission-driven company empowering the planet! We need experts with an EE degree, 8+ yrs in commercial construction, and 3+ yrs in hazardous energy control to oversee site safety.

responsibilities:
- Direct the site-wide energy isolation program for all MEP systems, ensuring General Contractors and Trades strictly execute activities according to established safety policies.
- Review hazard analyses and permits, and audit Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures to guarantee safe working conditions across 120V to 25kV electrical infrastructures.
- Leverage deep technical expertise to trace power through highly redundant electrical systems, actively validating zero-energy states and overseeing safe equipment start-up.
- Partner closely with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Project Management teams to drive operational excellence, hold vendors accountable, and train personnel on isolation processes.
