responsibilities:
- Support daily production by troubleshooting manufacturing and process issues directly on the shop floor.
- Evaluate engineering drawings using GD&T principles and conduct mechanical testing to verify product reliability.
- Program and maintain machine vision systems while evaluating tooling and process parameters.
- Oversee the PPAP process, perform measurement system analysis, and implement standard operating procedures.
- Track quality metrics using ERP software and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
