responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex interview scheduling logistics across multiple time zones for candidates, recruiters, and hiring panels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, handling travel arrangements and expense reimbursements to ensure a premium hiring experience.
- Prepare interview agendas and maintain accurate candidate profiles and status updates within Our Client's applicant tracking system.
- Track coordination volume metrics and propose workflow improvements to reduce time-to-schedule and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure that all of Our Client's recruitment and hiring practices maintain strict adherence to local, state, federal, OFCCP, and EEOC employment guidelines.
