responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the planning and organization of outage and project work, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Apply analytical techniques and deep technical knowledge to efficiently resolve routine technical tasks, field problems, and system operations.
- Drive Our Client's Perfect Power Initiative by identifying and resolving short-duration interruptions to improve overall customer experience and service quality.
- Listen to customer needs, communicate effectively across management and regulatory agencies, and correctly interpret and administer contracts.
- Guide and train lower-level employees, contribute to team consensus, and pursue sustainable methods to protect the environment while delivering competitive power.
