responsibilities:
- Design, modify, and optimize critical HVAC and airflow systems while ensuring strict adherence to GMP, GEP, and FDA regulations for controlled environments.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting, performance analysis, and crucial off-hours support to resolve system deviations and maintain continuous operational output.
- Monitor and optimize HVAC performance using integrated Building Automation Systems (BAS) to guarantee precise environmental control and swift alarm resolution.
- Lead and support capital upgrades, retrofits, and retro-commissioning efforts, championing critical energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives for Our Client.
- Develop engineering standards, manage change controls, maintain SOPs, and provide vital technical expertise during safety reviews and regulatory inspections.
