Project Controls Leaders needed in Kansas City MO for a leading Engineering and Consruction firm. In this role, you will work with a team of excellent engineers, project managers and construction staff to manage the day to day progress of large construction schedules and cost programs. Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and be passionate about leading project controls professionals.

responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of a reporting data warehouse to produce valuable program controls reports and data for multiple large projects.
- Support the recruitment, development, training, retention and evaluating performance of the project controls team.
- Lead the development and implementation of project execution plans.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, and contractors to develop additional business.
- Responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction planning, scheduling, logistics and cost control.
