responsibilities:
- Execute the complete document lifecycle including creation, review, approval, revision, and archival in accordance with established QMS procedures.
- Administer the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, verifying submissions for completeness and maintaining alignment between PLM and ERP systems.
- Serve as the primary user of PLM systems (Agile preferred) for document and part data management, generating routine QMS metrics and reports.
- Coordinate training compliance by assigning and tracking new or revised SOPs and Work Instructions within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure all document control and change records remain in a highly compliant, audit-ready state to support Our Client during internal and external regulatory inspections.
