responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for specific business areas to continuously optimize and improve order book health and efficiency.
- Deliver customer service excellence by maintaining strong relationships and communicating clearly with planning, transportation, and strategic marketplace account contacts.
- Monitor critical performance metrics and analyze data to highlight key risks, opportunities, and insights within the supply chain.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Planning, Merchandising, Finance) and seasonal execution teams to support monthly shipment goals and drive continuous process improvements.
