Randstad is seeking Marketplace Operations Specialist Leads for our global athletic apparel client.

• Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
• Duration: 8-month contract (with potential for extension)
• Pay Rate: $32.00 – $33.80/hour (based on experience)

Are you a proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert within Marketplace Operations, focusing on key business areas like apparel, footwear, or freight. You will monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and maintain order book health.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
• strong communication skills with high attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and navigating a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment.
• Team Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within large teams.

Preferred:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (Degree is not required).
• Background in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Performance Management, or Finance.
• Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Note: Specific systems can be trained, so lack of SAP experience is not a dealbreaker!).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Supply Chain Visibility: Monitor daily performance metrics and provide accurate data to highlight operational risks, opportunities, and shipment progress.
• Optimize Operations: Analyze order book health and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong working relationships with planning, transportation, merchandising, and finance teams to support strategic business goals.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Communicate clearly and promptly with internal and external partners via email, phone, and data visualization tools to resolve operational issues.
• Manage Changing Priorities: Adapt seamlessly across different team functions to support monthly shipment targets and key partner projects.
