responsibilities:
- Enable confident, strategically aligned decisions across Our Client's portfolio by strengthening discipline, transparency, and integrated planning.
- Lead and continuously improve core portfolio operating mechanisms, including monthly business reviews, annual operating planning, and actuals-versus-forecast reviews.
- Partner across business and technology teams to align priorities, sequencing, capacity, and expected outcomes while facilitating transparent prioritization discussions.
- Design, govern, and operationalize consistent portfolio planning, intake practices, and decision rights to create a scalable, transparent model.
- Translate enterprise expectations into practical portfolio mechanisms and promote coordination and collaboration across Our Client's organizational boundaries.
