responsibilities:
- Translate process, utility, and equipment requirements into safe, constructible piping layouts and comprehensive 3D design packages using advanced CAD tools.
- Serve as the piping discipline lead for large, complex capital projects across Our Client's local, regional, and global sites, managing designs from concept to as-built closeout.
- Lead the development and maintenance of piping design practices, 3D modeling standards, and project design execution tools to ensure top-tier drawing quality.
- Perform field walkdowns to verify real-world conditions, identify interferences, and provide technical oversight to engineering consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and operations teams to align on preliminary layouts, materials, and constructability needs.
