responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 55000) to optimize performance and extend asset lifecycle.
- System & Software Oversight: Lead the continuous improvement, data integration, and utilization of core EAM enterprise applications to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, engineering, finance, and maintenance teams to integrate asset management practices across all organizational functions.
- Risk & Performance Management: Direct condition assessment programs, conduct risk evaluations, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to mitigate operational risks and control costs.
- Team Building & Regulatory Compliance: Build and support the asset management team while preparing technical documentation, rate case testimony, and regulatory compliance reports for senior leadership.
