responsibilities:
- Build, set up, troubleshoot, and execute qualification, environmental, and performance testing for electromechanical actuation products per standards like DO-160 and MIL-STD-810.
- Wire, solder, build, and troubleshoot circuit boards, motor controllers, actuators, and test panels using precision lab instrumentation.
- Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems, pressure transducers, load cells, and torque sensors to capture and analyze test data.
- Provide technical guidance, direction, and training to lab technicians and support personnel to ensure efficient troubleshooting and safe operations.
- Oversee laboratory tooling, infrastructure, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and accurate recordkeeping.
