responsibilities:
- Lead early project scoping, feasibility reviews, and constructability assessments to prioritize transmission asset-condition needs and advance projects to shovel-ready status.
- Drive project schedules, manage scope, and control costs while coordinating cross-functional resources across engineering, outage planning, permitting, procurement, and field operations.
- Administer preconstruction and construction contracts, managing change orders, RFIs, submittals, desktop requisitions, and technical bid documents on behalf of Our Client.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and construction contractors, facilitating pre-bid meetings and aligning material/equipment planning with project execution.
- Report regularly to executive management and key stakeholders on project progress, cost and schedule metrics, safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation.
