responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Auditing: Conduct product and process audits and inspections on the manufacturing floor.
- Problem Solving: Lead 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis teams for internal, customer, and supplier complaints.
- Process Improvement: Standardize work instructions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and control plans during APQP/PPAP processes.
- Customer Support: Manage customer decks and communicate directly regarding quality issues.
qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Engineering including 1 year experience in Metal Casting, Assembly, and automotive experience
