responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive 3D digital twins of manufacturing facilities using software such as Siemens Tecnomatix, Autodesk Factory Design, or Dassault Delmia.
- Convert existing 2D factory layouts into detailed, interactive 3D models and digital representations.
- Map existing physical building structures and infrastructure in 3D to support plant planning and layout optimization.
- Develop and refine DCX Systems Layouts specifically for Body in White (BIW) automotive assembly lines using AutoCAD.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams as a dedicated specialist to ensure seamless project execution.
qualifications:
Proven experience with AutoCAD and DCX Systems Layouts for Body in White (BIW) assembly lines.
Proficiency in 3D factory modeling software such as Siemens Tecnomatix, Autodesk Factory Design, or Dassault Delmia Virtual Factory.
Demonstrated ability to convert 2D factory layouts into 3D building models and work effectively within a team environment.
