responsibilities:
- Develop 3D structural models and contract drawings in Revit based on verbal instructions or rough sketches for semiconductor facilities.
- Apply department and client standards consistently to produce complete sets of accurate structural plans and details.
- Take full ownership of assigned project scope, independently managing workloads and verifying accuracy prior to submission.
- Support cross-disciplinary design coordination, BIM workflows, and QA/QC review processes for assigned packages.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment, advance design automation skills, and uphold Our Client's Culture of Care.
qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with completed coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD).
Minimum of 2 years of structural drafting/design experience and at least 1 year of Revit proficiency.
