Join Our Client, an industry leader in pharma innovation! Seeking a Quality Specialist at Greenville , NC with a BS degree & 4+ yrs in sterile QA/pharma to drive cGMP compliance on a 2-2-3 rotation (6a-6p).

responsibilities:
- Perform daily quality assessments across classified and non-classified areas to ensure cGMP compliance and site procedure adherence.
- Provide hands-on guidance on aseptic techniques, assist with troubleshooting equipment/process issues, and foster a strong quality culture on the production floor.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews and approvals for batch records, procedures, forms, deviations, and change controls of moderate to high complexity.
- Lead and participate in deviation investigations, RAPID event responses, and Root Cause Analysis as the Quality Assurance representative.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and champion Practical Process Improvement initiatives across sterile manufacturing and packaging operations.
qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of QA/QC or Operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong preference for sterile/aseptic manufacturing processes.
Technical & Physical Skills: Demonstrated technical writing, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills, with the physical capability for prolonged floor presence, gowning, and working a 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 2-2-3 rotation schedule.
