responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for project development and delivery, driving scalable solutions across operations construction projects.
- Manage vendor selection, contracting, RFPs, pay applications, and change order reviews while ensuring strict contract compliance.
- Lead the development, execution, and reporting of project safety, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Maintain direct fiscal responsibility for approved project budgets and present regular KPI, cost, and status metrics in OAC and stakeholder meetings.
qualifications:
High School Diploma required (Bachelor's or Technical degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred).
1+ years of experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex datacenter construction or mission-critical facility projects.
Deep understanding of construction management principles, including cost control, schedule tracking, safety management, and vendor integration.
