Join Our Client, a global pioneer empowering the world! We are seeking a Construction Manager with related Bachelor's, PMP preferred, and 15 yrs in MEP datacenter construction, safety management, and meeting leadership to direct complex builds.

responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) construction activities across data center projects.
- Lead project meetings, present proposals and reports to clients, and coordinate technical integration with engineering and production teams.
- Implement robust health, safety, and quality control procedures on site, ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze project feasibility, manage budgets and cost estimates, and optimize resource allocation to achieve project goals.
- Recruit, assign, and evaluate direct reports and contractor teams, overseeing staff development and maintaining operational excellence.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
15 years of construction management experience specializing in MEP systems within data center or mission-critical environments.
Proven expertise in site safety management, leading cross-functional meetings, contract review, and technical project execution.
