responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, EPCs, and cross-functional teams to coordinate engineering activities, resolve critical project issues, and ensure full contract compliance.
- Lead Customer Kick-Off Meetings (CKOMs) and Design Liaison Meetings (DLMs) while communicating technical and design requirements across all engineering disciplines.
- Evaluate financial and schedule impacts of scope changes through Cost & Cycle Estimates (CCEs) and oversee the formal Change Management Process.
- Manage engineering project budgets, provide quarterly Estimate at Completions (EACs) to Finance, and take preventative actions to prevent schedule delays.
- Provide technical direction from design through installation, driving continuous improvement and integrating lessons learned back into engineering organizations.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering specifically related to Generator Projects.
