responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft, and manage complex commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, and equipment supply agreements) to optimize terms and mitigate operational risk.
- Lead end-to-end competitive RFx sourcing lifecycles (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) from initial market evaluation through supplier selection and award.
- Formulate actionable category and supply chain strategies by analyzing market dynamics, lead times, total cost of ownership (TCO), and supplier pricing models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, engineering, project management, and executive leadership to align procurement initiatives across multiple clean energy workstreams for Our Client.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, combined with proven experience in strategic sourcing and commercial contract negotiation.
Strong commercial acumen and experience procuring both capital equipment and technical services, with deep understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO) and pricing structures.
Prior sourcing experience in the energy or renewable power sector, with preferred exposure to battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-scale technologies, or global OEM supply chains.
